Shipping of Physical Items

Processing Time

The time required to prepare an order and ship varies, please refer to the individual items for more information.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.

Untracked Shipping & Loss in transit

If you choose to go with untracked shipping, you take responsibility for any kind of loss. If you choose a shipping method with tracking and your package gets lost, I’ll either give you a full refund or replace the item. If a package is lost, contact me, I’m sure we can find a solution.

Digital downloads

Your premium files will be available to download once payment is confirmed.

Note that with downloading any of the products of this page, free or paid, you are agreeing to be bound by the License Agreement Terms.

Returns & exchanges

Currently, I don’t accept returns or cancellations once the order has been fulfilled, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

Privacy policy

I respect your privacy and will never give out any of your personal user information provided during ordering processes, the information will sonly be used to communicate with you about your order and fulfill it. Please check out the Privacy Policy for more in-depth information.

License Agreement

By downloading / purchasing any of the digital products you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms:

Allowed Uses

You may use the products to create artwork of any kind, without the need to give credit, however credit is highly appreciated.

Number of Users

Each one of the downloads is licensed to a Single User, this means you are allowed to install the products on your personal devices but are not allowed to share with other users.

Redistribution and Third Parties

You may not redistribute the products or make them available for third parties.

Copyright

The products and the accompanying materials are copyrighted by Myriam Frisano (halfapx) Unauthorized copying of the Products, even if adjustments have been made or bundled with other products is forbidden. Infringements of this Copyright will result in legal action being taken.

Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. This Agreement will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of the previously stated terms.
